Comatose Cover Art

For an AU story I'm working on. 

In this tale, Queen Chrysalis fired a poisonous beam of energy at Twilight before she was sent flying but he love wave caused by Cadence and Shining Armor, sending the lavender Unicorn into a comatose state from which doctors say she may never wake up from. Shining Armor regrets deeply having not believed Twilight about the fake Cadence, but he can't even know if she can hear his apologetic words filled with regret and sorrow. To endorse things, the doctors realize the magic is slowly killing Twilight, turning her coat black like a Changeling's skin and rottening her insides. When all seems lost, Night Light and Twilight Velvet start thinking that the best thing would be to put an end to Twilight's suffering and disconnect her, but Shining Armor can't let his sister die without hearing her say that she forgives him for the way he treated him. Otherwise, he won't be free of the nightmares and demons that plague him and won't let him be at peace. 

In this AU, Cadence cancels the wedding until Twilight awakens (she refuses to marry her favorite filly's brother without her being there), also in part because she is angry at Shining Armor for dismissing her from the wedding in the first place. She also puts part on the blame on Celestia and Twilight's friends (which it right, if you think about it) for not believing her and turning their backs on her. They are as equally regretful and sad as Shining Armor, but not compared to what he goes through every night. 

Will Twilight ever wakeup, or will they all live forever with the guilt?
