Technophobia

I HAD to do this one!
Seeraphine mentioned that Scalelings in Xemmeshia are the least technologically-advanced of the races, like the amish people sort of. I imagine this would make them technophobic, and they cannot understand technology at all. Maybe there are scalelings who do understand it to some extent, we'll have to wait to see it.

In the case of the Darktails, they are pretty much technophobic themselves.

First, we have Tamako, who is lashing out in anger at the computer because the system says he is overdue in payment of something (not sure what, though); of course, with his terrible temper, he freaks the poor featherling clerk out, and even security are afraid to try and ask him to leave, fearing he'll turn his whip-made belt unto them. He even refers to the computer as a 'flashy-screen'.

Then we have Tomoe, who has trouble with a fax-like device (not sure if there are of those in Xemmeshia), acting as if it were possessed and even going as far as to hit it with a broom when he receives a message.

And finally, we have Toboe reacting in surprise to a vibrating communicator in his coat's pocket. Funny thing, he received it from Saturn a few hours ago, but since he has never used one before he's naturally startled when it starts to vibrate. Saturn is like
